Summary
Kakuzu is relentless with the wound debridement. Deidara grits his teeth, too scared to move, not that he really can with Hidan impossibly close, pinning his whole body down. Hidan’s lips brush Deidara’s ear when he speaks. Deidara almost doesn’t hear him because he’s so focused on the wetness Hidan’s lips leave behind. “You can give the pain to me and I’ll give it to Jashin-sama for you, if that’s easier. You wanna give it to me instead?”
Or: Yet another take on that time Kakuzu had to sew on Deidara’s arms. Hidan is called in for pain management, and -- as with all things involving the Zombie Combo -- things get... interesting.

''And how will you do that? Pain doesn't even let us hold hands!''

''Ok, un.'' Begins Deidara with a grin. ''You don't like to receive romantic things because it's stupid.''
''Yeah. I think love is shown through actions, not pink material stuff.'' Responds Hidan, huffing.
''And has Kakuzu ever proposed that you go somewhere the two of you together, to spend a nice moment?''
''Yeah... I mean, maybe. I don't remember.''
''He's a lost cause.'' Whispers Sasori, shaking his head.
''So, I think Kakuzu understood you won't be receptive to romance on the superficial level. But you claimed earlier you could be if necessary.'' Continues Deidara.
''Well, yeah.'' Responds Hidan. He more often did it because the other person was whining about it.
''I don't believe you.'' Responds Deidara with a shit-eating grin. ''You can't.''
