Summary
Mingi Song is on the trail of the Black Cloak Pirates, travelling across the land hoping to join their ranks and fight against the Android Guardians, who have taken the Capital City and are close to taking the second largest. Chasing whispers of the Resistance while pulling a Robin Hood (but he's much better looking).
His Cyberhorse Rocky, on the other hand, has other ideas and instead of bringing him to the Oasis where the Black Cloaks are rumoured to have made their base, brings him to a small town called Aurora where there are no Black Cloaks to speak of, but there is the blue-haired beauty that he had a romp with inside of the Stolen City not 24 hours prior.
There's just one problem: that blue-haired Beauty is Sheriff Hongjoong Kim and there's talk throughout Aurora that he's in the pocket of the Android Guardians.
Now Mingi has a new mission: (1) Cosy up to the Sheriff and get him to make Mingi his Deputy and (2) figure out just who the hell Hongjoong Kim really is.

Summary
“Do you ever get lonely, Sheriff?”
Of course Mingi would ask that. Always forcing small talk when he got caught, always in transit to the next insurrection, speeding through black holes on a steel horse built for one.
“No,” Hongjoong lied.
It’s the game they play. Mingi always comes back, Hongjoong always catches him, so on and so forth.
Until Mingi leaves with something Hongjoong intends to get back.

Summary
That, though, that had interested him. Hongjoong smiled as he thought of it, remembering how it had felt as the intrigue and excitement curled in his stomach, the way he’d sat up straighter and tightened his grip on his phone, giving doeontherun all his attention.
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
Hongjoong had vowed not to get into another relationship with a sub after his last relationship had ended catastrophically, especially now that he has his hands full because of the annoying guy at work, but with some persistent encouragement from his friends, Hongjoong installs an app and meets someone he never expected.

Summary
There was a certain gloom that came with the ending of any year. It always had its way of dredging up refuse from the bottom of the crap drawer, all things left undone and unsaid, and Mingi now had more than ever.
Most years he didn't much mind the haze. Or think of it. The scant few summers he spent with family he hardly knew and appeasing them with pleasantries in a tongue he knew less were just as wet and grey, only hotter. He understood hello, yes, no, thank you, I'm sorry, and that Hongjoong could say he was the centre of the world with my name is.
Hongjoong Kim, chaser of immortality, is six feet under. Mingi Song, never one for convention, has a spade and a laboratory.

-
In which Hongjoong's interest in teeth leads him to Song Mingi.

Summary
“Do you ever regret it? Pursuing music?”
“That’s a loaded question.” He says, “It’s not an easy career. Nobody ever said it would be.”
“That’s not what I asked,” Mingi whispers.
OR
Hongjoong and Mingi are underground musicians from rival rock bands, and Mingi's ostentatious, domineering bravado drives Hongjoong up the wall—but Hongjoong's a bitch, not heartless. When a bender goes south for Mingi and no one else is there to scoop up his sorry ass like an abandoned baby bird, he reluctantly helps Mingi get his shit together. Outside the confines of cramped venues, it turns out there's more than a stage persona, and Mingi isn't everything Hongjoong assumed he was.

Summary
Approaching the puppy, Hongjoong licks his lips at the sight of him. “Mind if I sit here?” Pointing towards Mingi lap, Hongjoong smiles at him innocently.
The pink hue in his cheeks suddenly becomes a beet red, covering his entire face. Mingi grips the meat in his thighs, holding onto them nervously.
“If you’re not comfortable then, I can leave.” He fakes a sad look on his face, pretending to be hurt. But he knows too well, Mingi could never really reject him—especially at a request like that.
Just when he’s about to turn to leave, he stops when he hears the younger man start to panic.
“No, no, no, wait. You can sit on my lap, hyung.” He pouts even more. His face was still a beet red and his lips puffed into a soft heart shape.
Hongjoong is bored, good thing Mingi has a lap for him to sit on.

Summary
Mingi's life has gone to shit.
His boss cut his hours at his second job. The heater in the rundown apartment he shares with Wooyoung and San is broken. And he’s drowning in debt thanks to his asshole father. May he rest in hell. Mingi just wants to cut loose and forget about everything.
That’s when he meets Hongjoong on the dance floor.
Mingi doesn’t belong amongst all the glitter and glamour of Hongjoong’s world, yet he keeps coming back again and again. Not because of the lavish gifts Hongjoong gives him, or the way Hongjoong begs on his knees, but because there’s something else, something special building between them.
Except Mingi isn’t sure he deserves it.
Can Hongjoong change his mind?

"So maybe Hongjoong also has a thing for pain. It's something he can ignore mostly, because it doesn't feel the same when it's some thug who's trying to knock his teeth out, or the graze of a bullet past his thigh.
It only feels right when it's with Mingi."

Summary
Partway through the movie, Yunho falls asleep on Hongjoong’s shoulder. Hongjoong moves his hand out of the popcorn bowl, setting it aside, and catches Mingi looking at them, brow furrowed. It’s just for a moment, and then Mingi’s attention turns back toward the screen. Trying not to jostle Yunho, Hongjoong settles in to finish the movie and puts it out of his mind.

Summary
Hongjoong is, without a shadow of a doubt in his heart, the furthest thing from a jealous person, no matter what anyone else might have to say on the subject.
It would make no logical sense for him to be a jealous person, with how little he enjoys finding himself in the spotlight. He’s adamant it transfers to all parts of his life, meaning he can’t find it in his heart to be jealous when someone else has eyes on them, hands on them, main focus on them. It wouldn’t be a feeling he particularly enjoys, therefore it’s statistically impossible for him to be jealous.
It is scientifically proven that Kim Hongjoong cannot get jealous.
or; Kim Hongjoong finds out he is, in fact, a jealous person

Summary
What catches him off guard are the dreams. They have become countless in number. They've even leaked into his daily thoughts at this point. Uncontrollable like a wildfire in dry season or a blistering blizzard covering everything in icy white.
The second prince is terrified his guard and greatest companion may have caught on, Hongjoong’s eyes glued to his thighs and glutes and neck glistening with sweat during their sunset duel. These duels had gotten even more intense throughout their seasons together. One would think they would go stale, fighting the same opponent over and over. Instead, they grew more electrifying and challenging, and the second prince felt more enlightened with each and every one.
