Justified Masquerade Ball 2024

Justified Masquerade Ball is a holiday challenge that invites Justified fans to create fanworks celebrating our beloved show for Halloween.

Here's how it works: The end goal is to create a party of delights to present to the fandom, so creators are challenged to create as many works as they'd like within a certain constraint.

For writers, the challenge is to write 1k words per prompt. You can sign up for as many prompts as you want, so long as you reach the total of 1k for each prompt. For other fanworks, creators should make an equivalent to 1k per prompt. For fanart, this could be 1 drawing. For fanvidders, this could be 1 minute of video. For GIF makers, this could be a gif set. Etc etc.

All content is welcomed, including gen, slash, femslash, and het. However, all fanworks should be centered around their chosen “theme”. There will be 13 days of reveals, ending on Halloween night.

This is a blind reveal, so be sneaky! Don't tell others what you're working on. Each day of reveals, there will be a chat with all our guesses about who the works could be! Feel free to wait until the reveals of author names to leave comments if you want to be extra sneaky.
