Summary
Regulus Arcturus Black and Remus Lupin are two Neurosurgeons, with Regulus' specialty largely in amnesia and other memory perturbances. He's quite used to operating on multiple cases, all surreal, so his threshold for surprise is pretty slim - that is until James walks in with an accident inflicting memory deficiency that causes him to forget everything as soon as he begins to love it.
James' love is paired hand to hand with forgetting, and it seems to have impacted Sirius in every way, shape and form for a reason that remains unknown. You'd think it's cause they're best friends, family, tied to the bone. But what happens when Remus realizes there are layers to it..? That he has more to do with the accident than he lets on?
Remus finds himself caught in the middle between the black brother with secrets, and the black brother treating the consequences of those secrets.
