She blinked. Her legs were covered in sand and her arms ached as she dragged her boat back to its hiding place, covering it with leaves and brush. She blinked again. Low-hanging branches scraped the crown of her head as she hopped through the bog, taking a shortcut to hasten her trip to the house. She blinked once more, and her hand closed around the doorknob, the entry mat rough against her bare feet.
