Summary
Shane Hollander is traded to the Ottawa Centaurs three days before the NHL trade deadline. Suddenly the league's fiercest rivals have to share a locker room, a bench, practices, and road trips.
Ottawa expects fights.
The media is hungry for disaster.
Instead, Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov become the most dangerous line in hockey. The only problem? Shane is still dating Rose, and it turns out a handful of games a season were a lot easier to survive than sharing a locker room all the time.

Summary
“I have to go. Unlike you, I take this job seriously,” Shane says stiffly: “But this doesn’t end here, Rozanov.”
The smirk on Rozanov’s face makes him want to crawl out of his skin: “Oh, wait, before you leave—one last thing.”
Shane is already facing the doors, ready to leave, but he turns around one last time.
“What?”
The man looks amused: “Do you want to grab a drink after work?”
“Oh, fuck off.”
“Then back to my place, maybe?”
Shane slams the office doors behind him as he exits. The entire floor stares at him as he angrily walks towards the elevators.
―
Or the one where Shane Hollander is very good at his job.
He’s less good at ignoring his CFO, the most insufferable man he’s ever met.
