Summary
Sarah Fortune built her legend through careful planning, ruthless determination, and never allowing anyone to see more than she intends them to. But when Bilgewater faces a supernatural threat which all her best efforts can't resolve, she is forced to seek answers from the one pirate who's faced it before, and lived to tell the tale: Jack Sparrow.
Jack has faced monsters, curses, and impossibly dangerous odds before. He has not, however, ever faced someone quite like Sarah.
The danger of assisting the Pirate Queen, might prove to be nothing, compared to the danger of losing his heart to the woman behind the legend.When reputations are peeled away, and two people who survive by hiding in plain sight, actually feel seen, passions flare, armour slips, & Sarah and Jack are each faced with a choice which calls for more courage then any ruthless enemy ever had- the choice to let their guard down enough to trust in love.
