Megaman attends a very chill bachelor party for a good friend, and doesn't understand why Roll wasn't invited. Completely pointless, light-hearted fluff.
I just love letting this robot experience weird human customs, that's all there is to it.

Summary
Over a year after the battle for the city is won, the brand new Museum of City History hosts an opening gala, with Megaman as one of the guests of honor. Mega and Roll plan to attend but dread the thought of being in the spotlight.
Mostly fluff with a teeny bit of deeper thoughts on the impacts of the city's history on its residents.
