Summary
Elementary AU. Light angst with a happy ending.
When he meets Caitlin Snow, she is hunched over a microscope in Harrison Wells' living room, a makeshift lab setup sprawled across several sturdy tables. She barely pays any attention as he lets himself in like the post-it on the front door had told him to. That first meeting shouldn't make him want to know someone like her but it does.

Summary
The total sum of those few hours’ work at the library was his unequivocal conviction that he met his match in Caitlin Snow. The way her mouth moved around words like ‘sidereal’ and ‘orbital period’, how she talked with her hands and recited the Earth’s gravitational constant by heart took him hook, line and sinker. Or rather; sine, cosine and tangent, though he thoroughly decided to leave the math puns out of their equation.
[For the better part of two years Barry Allen has quietly harbored a crush on Caitlin Snow, his lab partner in AP Chemistry. Then all of a sudden Barry musters up the courage to ask Caitlin out on a study date, quickly turning their relationship into something it might not be.]

Summary
All summer she’d worn whatever she wanted; bright reds and blues, yellows that could blot out the sun, but now that it came down to making a good first impression her mom suddenly wanted a say. Closing her eyes, she breathes in deep, the air stale compared to the fresh ocean air she’d enjoyed the previous two months.
She misses summer.
[After a summer away from home, and her mother moving them to another state, Caitlin isn't looking forward to starting her senior year at a new school. Luckily she can close her eyes and sink away in memories of her perfect summer with the boy of her dreams.]
