Itadori reaches out and grabs his hand. Easy, casual. His fingers are calloused, wrapping almost entirely around the width of Megumi's palm.
"Don't let go, okay?" Itadori says. He has to lean in to be heard, and Megumi's heart does something weird in his chest. "Don't wanna lose you and Kugisaki in the crowd."
Megumi swallows. Turns his hand so that Itadori has a better grip.
"Alright," he says. "I won't let go."

Summary
Satoru feels like someone is stabbing him from the inside, like his internal organs are being ripped to shreds.
