Summary
After an injury that forced Akin to leave a promising career behind, he settles in a small tourist town to work as a nameless police officer while in a deep depression, giving up on himself and his career. Five years later, Akin's unit hires a new recruit freshly graduated from a police academy who spends most his time irritating Akin. Despite Jin's frequent mistakes and blunders, Akin senses there is something darker about the new recruit who likes to follow him around. When a decades old murder case reopens, the town's police force is tasked with its first real case in years as history between the inhabitants of the town is forced into the light. Through the trials and turns of the case, Akin finds new hope for himself and the sudden desperation for the little life he built to stay exactly the way it is.
