Summary
“I didn’t really think it through when I said it, I just got so angry and all I could think was that I wanted them to know what it would be like for someone they love to be gay. It was probably a dumb plan, because the jury’s still out on if they love me,” he chuckled darkly. “Plus, the obvious.”
The clock ticked.
Robin raised her eyebrows and waited. “You’re… not gay?” She guessed with a frown.
Steve flashed her finger guns with a grin. “Bingo.”

Or, Steve asks Eddie to pretend to date him to teach his parents a lesson. Eddie is devastated to find out they weren’t dating already.

not necessarily waiting until last chapter, this is just how I save fics that I want to read but don't have time to finish in one go <3

Summary
"No one had ever said that Eddie would be good for someone. Eddie was used to being told that he was nothing but a troublemaker, that he would only bring problems everywhere he went.
How could he be good for Steve?"
Eddie likes Steve.
Steve likes Eddie.
It should be so simple at this point. But it's really, really, not.

Summary
“I swear I’m not just bailing on another date, Robin,” the excuse is flimsy but Steve’s head is pounding too loud to think of a better one, too hungover to care, “I have— I just have things to do, alright?”
Robin’s not convinced, “Yeah right. Tell me, what is this super important “thing” that you just have to do tonight, Steve?”
“Me.”
Both their heads snap over to where none other than Eddie Munson just declared himself as “the thing Steve has to do.”
“Hate to break it to you, Buckley, but you can’t set Steve up on a date ‘cause he’s already got plans… with me.”
Or, it starts with a drunken night and a plan that Steve can’t remember making, but Eddie sure does.

Summary
Steve's car rumbled to a stop over the gravel path in front of Eddie's trailer. Simply put, Steve was terrified. Steve was spiraling, his knuckles white, his hands still gripping the steering wheel. Why was he even here, after everything that happened why would Munson even want to look at him. That thought of him turning Steve away was somehow even more terrifying. Steve knew deep down that he has to be in Munson's life, whenever he was around him he just felt this magnetic field and was drawn in instantly. Those late night movies on Steve's couch where they curled up into each other meant so much to Steve and he didn't even know why.
-or the one where Eddie Munson falls hard for Steve Harrington and doesn't know what personal space is, and Steve Harrington falls even harder.
