What angers Hyuntak the most about the situation is that he didn't see it coming. Of course, after the Union disbands, another gang comes rushing in to fill the empty spot left by it. It's all power play, after all. Baekjin was the strongest, and that's why he stood over all those other little gangs.
Now that he's gone, the second best gets the top spot.
It's an exhausting ordeal.

Go Hyuntak is about to fail his final school year at Eujang.
Hyuntak’s mom contacts Ganghak High School. Ganghak offers a spot assuring that Hyuntak’s marks will go up, perfect right?
Hyuntak thinks changing schools is already bad… but going to Seongje’s school? The pearson he hates more than anyone, his mom won’t take no for an answer, so in the end, he’s left with his only option, transfer to Ganghak.
