Summary
This should have just been a little excursion to another stronghold. Ranboo and Tommy had assured Phil that they would be safe and come back in the next few days. And they were safe... Until they got to the stronghold. And now they're both trapped in a cell while a madman tries to sell them. This should be fun right? Totally not traumatizing? Haha, definitely not.
I'm bad at summaries. It's good I promise.

Summary
In his new math class, Tommy was sat next to the tallest boy known to man.
“I’m Ranboo,” the kid said as soon as Tommy sat down. His voice was flat, but not unfriendly. “I’m autistic,” he said plainly. “And I have memory problems. I like it when people know that.”
For a second, all Tommy could do was blink. He’d never met anyone besides Technoblade that spoke so unashamedly of their autism. It was jarring.
“Oh,” Tommy said, a strange, squirming feeling in his stomach. “Okay.” How was Ranboo able to do that? How was he able to speak so confidently about the thing Tommy hated most about himself?
Already caught off guard by Ranboo’s declaration, instead of introducing himself like a normal fucking person, Tommy just opened his mouth and let the words tumble out.
“Why are you so tall?”
Or, Tommy meets his real friends.

OR: Tommy and Ranboo are very close to the fabled sanctuary built for the remnants of humanity. All that's left for them to cross is a town full of deadly zombies. A town that pretty much sums up the entire apocalypse in one place. What could possibly go wrong?

Summary
Ranboo should have remembered they're an oddity. A rarity. Maybe then they would be back on their ship with their crew, laughing over something stupid that Wilbur did and trying to kill each other during game night. Not sitting in a cold, empty cell all by themselves, waiting for their crew to come and rescue them.
Well, on the bright side, they get a new friend and get to learn a new language!
If only that perk didn't come with being poached and gaining trauma.
