Summary
Shepard is tired of fighting, the war had taken its toll on everyone. Not able to find peace on the Citadel she looks for a new home, somewhere that she can live free of strife, a place she can just stop and catch her breath.
Lucus was one of the small number of turians that joined with the Alliance and asari to protect the world of Cyone during the Reaper war. It was well protected and they swore that they would keep it safe from the Reapers so there was at least one place the fighters could refuel. When the war ended he stayed, after all there was nothing to go back too once the Reapers destroyed his home colony.
The new human female that just settled into the adjacent lot was intriguing. She was usually sitting outside of her tiny dwelling drawing. Just who was this woman? She would shy away from answering questions about her past, then again most people that survived the war and left their homeworlds were trying to put their past behind them.

Summary
Sarah was lonely. Trapped in a loveless, abusive relationship. One day she finally had enough and broke free and ran. Now on her own on the Citadel she thought she had no one to turn to when threats started arriving from her ex. She was given a choice to run again or finally learn to protect herself.
Julian was at the simulation range for target practice and saw the human female several lanes over struggling to learn to use the weapon the human instructor was pushing off on her. He also noticed the way she constantly flinched when the male pressed in too close, so he took it upon himself to step in and help her.
This story takes place in an alternate universe setting, no Reapers. The characters we knew as the crew of the Normandy are just ordinary people in this story. Hope someone likes it.

Summary
Life goes on, even at the end of the galaxy. On the Citadel, C-Sec fights to keep order while refugees fight to keep hope. One turian finds his world complicated by a human girl with hope in her eyes.
None of the officers commented on it. They all had things they didn’t talk about, like the way Jorva always took patrol in the commons to watch over a grieving asari. How Amanda took every request from the nurses, no matter how small. How all of them found small rays of light to wield against the darkness.

Incredible exploration of Sparatus and Hannah Shepard's relationship from enemies to friends to lovers during a lost captor/captive situation during the First Contact War. Bonus: reading about how Sparatus' experiences with and feelings for Hannah have influenced his treatment of Hannah's daughter, Commander Jane Shepard.
For example, he may be the only turian who has ever mocked Commander Shepard using "air quotes," something that her mother had always done to her.

Summary
A romance between a Turian and a Human.
Nellwyn Greene is a newly retired alliance biotic on the Citadel who has a thing for men with green eyes. On a night out she meets a Turian who captures her attention with his emerald green eyes and soot black plating. How do you find someone again in a place like the Citadel?
Lazzus Tarrian is probably the most unsocial Turian on the Citadel, spending most of his time working on star ships but one night he meets a woman he regrets not taking the chance to get to know. Badly scarred and more than a little scared Lazz allows her to wrap herself around his heart.
After meeting again in an unlikely place they take a chance at inter-species romance and confront all the traditional hurdles of relationships. From insecurities, hesitant dates, meeting friends and family to finding themselves in love, together they learn that most things cross species just fine.
