Hope. The name Jungkook gave their shuttle when he got a little too carried away with Seokjin’s collection of brightly-coloured paints. He graffitied the ship with happy bursts of flowers, suns, rainbows, and silently dragged Hoseok to see it. Naturally, they couldn’t keep the funky paint-job, their ship already too well-known amongst Alliance spies, but the name stuck in Hoseok’s head, became part of their everyday vocabulary.
He was going to let the kid paint the cargo bay, decorate however he wanted. It would have been so beautiful.
No. It will be beautiful, Hoseok reminds himself. He takes Yoongi’s hand, grateful when he doesn’t pull away. “We’ll find him,” he promises, and Yoongi nods, still can’t look him in the eye.
