BANG BANG
A Big Bang is a specific type of challenge usually involving long fics and accompanying artwork. This type of challenge is a reprise of the old zine tradition of collaboration between artists and writers for internet fandoms. Most Big Bangs have a similar format: Writers sign up and begin writing stories. When the early drafts of the stories are available, each one is assigned one or more artists, or artists might claim stories from posted summaries. Artists create fanart to go along with the story.

Wes and Soul set out to steal Medusa Gorgon’s prized gem collection, but first… they need a crew. Enter: Maba and Masa, with occasional cameos from Soul’s neighbor Maka (The neighbor he’s not pining for, right? The same one that maybe-probably-definitely likes him back?) and frequent shenaniganery.

The Witch’s Grimoire was the last place they expected to end up in when Lord Death sent them on a group mission, and between the pig costumes, wandering into the woods with no sense of direction, being cast as the grandmother while being THE Death Scythe, and the fluffy wolf ears, Azusa, Marie, Spirit and Stein find themselves grumbling as they work their way through each story in hopes of coming out of it with some dignity still intact.
But if Spirit made another wolf joke Stein was going to dissect him, again: story-line be damned.

Because it’s not every day you find a man with a fishtail washed up on shore, bleeding out into the Ocean. After dragging the unconscious sharkman back to her house and dumping him in her bathtub, she’s left with the task of nursing him back to health. Which would certainly be easier were he not the most stubborn mermaid her side of the equator.
