Tamsy made it look effortless, presenting himself and driving Enjin wild by doing it. But Enjin found he was entirely unable to recreate that himself. He rolled onto his side, wraveling himself further into the bedsheets. He breathed in deeply, inhaling and savouring the smell of Tamsy which clung to the fabrics. As much as Enjin hated to admit it, Tamsy's bed had become deeply comforting to him, and he usually slept better in Tamsy's bed than his own. Maybe it was because Tamsy washed the sheets more often (or maybe that's just what Enjin told himself to cope, rather than linger on the thought too long)OR

And then there's the Ed that only Al ever sees, the one who complains that lights are too loud, doesn't understand people, and flaps his hands when he figures out an alchemical breakthrough.
Al knows that if the rest of the world saw the other side of Ed, they would think they could separate the two sides of Ed, pull away all the parts they didn't understand. But Al knows that both sides are just... Ed. So Al will always be the safe spot where Ed can be all of himself.

It was a very common thing, scars. Military personnel especially. Whether they be from battles, accidents, attacks. Children playing too hard, or just straight out clumsiness. Everyone had scars. Emotional, mental, physical. Edward himself never really had any feelings towards them.
Slowly overtime he found himself covered in them. New to old.(5+1 abt some characters views on him and his view on scars changing!!!)
