Summary
Waking up two years before their adventure even began was a surprise. The Straw Hats have to find each other again and make their way back to the New World and their dreams. Dealing with younger, weaker bodies and the weight of future knowledge they will find it's not as easy as a simple do-over. Every change has an effect on themselves and on the world.
This story will quickly diverge from cannon. It will mix up, move around and ignore entire arcs. These guys are not looking for a boring adventure when they already have answers. What's the point in doing it all the same?- Language:

Summary
Zoro scoffs and moves his captain closer.
“Go get your own.”
Chopper gapes wordlessly. All the rest of Nami’s nakama have a similar expression on their faces, something between stupefied and offended—save Robin, who presses a secret smile behind her hand, and Jimbei, whose rumbling chuckle is just barely audible over the sound of the sea.
Nami—who knows very well what Zoro looks like when he’s trying to get a rise out of someone, who knows very well that she has a claim on Luffy that only a handful of other people in the world share, one that can never be broken or stolen or changed—feels herself bristle, too.
“HE IS OUR OWN!” the majority of one of the most infamous pirate crews in the New World shriek like schoolchildren.

god I read half of this on tumblr and then lost it. uhm so I love zosan wtf
also zoro is so a cat person idc
» The motion doesn’t go unnoticed, and Zoro, still without loosening his hold, gives him a teasing smirk. “Cat got your tongue, Cook?”
By all rights, Sanji should kick his ass for that comment. He kisses the idiot instead.
It is, for all intents and purposes, a terrible kiss. Zoro’s clearly not expecting it - as evidenced by the fact that he’s opening his mouth, probably to say something moronically insulting again - and Sanji misjudges the distance, such that he doesn’t press their lips together quite like he means to. Throw in the fact that they’re in an alleyway wearing one outfit between them, and it’s not exactly a romance for the ages.
The reality of what he’s just done hits Sanji like a ton of bricks, and he pulls back with a startled yelp, positive his face is now even redder than it was before. Across from him, Zoro’s sole eye is wide with surprise, while there’s a faint tremor in his hands that Sanji can feel because they’re still curled around his waist.
“I’m sorry!” He blurts, mortified at the blunder he’s committed. “I shouldn’t have - oh my god, forget I ever did that.”
“Cook - ” Zoro starts to say, but Sanji cuts him off with a frantic shake of his head.
“Uh uh,” he insists. “Just chalk it up to me being out of it from the transformation. I don’t know what I’m doing and I’m not stupid enough enough to think you’d ever want me like that.”
“Are you serious -?”
“It’s fine, it’s fine.” Sanji babbles, his hands clenching and unclenching reflexively on Zoro’s shoulders. “Give me a minute to get my legs under me, that’s all I ask. Once I can walk on my own we’ll head for the Sunny and pretend this never happened.”
“Oh fuck that.”
Their second kiss is marginally better than their first, but only because sheer shock freezes Sanji in place.
Zoro’s panting when he pulls back, his chest heaving and his expression slightly crazed. “I have wanted you for years ,” he stresses, his grip on Sanji tightening like he’s afraid he’ll bolt if given the chance. “Don’t you dare tell me to pretend like you didn’t kiss me. I’d rather gouge out my other eye.”
“Please don’t do that,” Sanji says weakly. “You would look absolutely stupid with no eyes, and you’d probably get lost even more than usual.”
“Cook,” Zoro huffs, exasperated.

val>>>>>>>> if I had a penny for every one piece fic I’d read while low key having a emotional breakdown, I’d have a whole dollar
» It’s not so bad in the first two weeks because she doesn’t miss people like people should; she’s fine on her own, as long as she knows they’re out there, that she can see them again. And she has Luffy. She has Sabo. She's busy. She hunts. She trains. She goes to the Edge, to the countryside, to the forest, alone. Life goes on. It doesn’t hit her until it hits her, until she reaches for them (him), until she needs them (him) and they aren’t there (he isn't there). He's not there.
When it does hit her, it hits her hard.
Two weeks after Ace’s departure she wails into Sabo’s shirt as the sobs tear out of her like broken glass. It’s because the thought flitted through her mind - Ace could die, he could be dying right now and I wouldn’t know, not until I saw it in the papers - and then all of her fear and anxiety about him leaving condenses into one spec of absolute, pressing, undeniable truth: you need to cry right now.
And she does. «
