After going to a new country (again), discovering an evil plot that threatens innocent lives (again), having to stop said evil plot to get a chance to speak to the Archon (again), and facing down a God of Lightning that he would never stand a chance against alone (again)... Aether finds himself with the interesting responsibility of reforming a former Fatui Harbinger.

Summary
After an attempt of running away from The Heavenly Principles, Aether Viator, now without his original powers nor his memories, finds himself journeying the quiet lands of Inazuma where he meets the love of his life and the root of all his problems in the future: a troubled young man his age named Raiden Kunikuzushi who shares the same pains as him.
(Or in which ex-lovers Fatui Harbinger Scaramouche and Descender Aether meets again amidst the troubles in Sumeru. Past feelings that ended in bitter aftertaste continue to linger, especially after Aether left him all those years ago... it's just that Aether doesn't remember anything at all.)
