It's a safety that allows feelings to blossom, for understanding to settle in deep. For the assurance that they were meant to be at each others' sides to solidify.

The moons and stars are bathing the lounge in silver almost-warmth, higlighting the edges of wild hair, a gilded crown of thorns, over the arm of the sofa.
Tom is staring, he can easily admit, perfectly content with allowing his attention to drift from feature to feature of his little dagger.
It has become an ever-more familiar thing to do, by now, with Harry seeming to fall asleep more and more often in his presence, and every time it drags in Tom's attention, the sun pulling in the planets.
He could resist, but he has no need or want to, not when such a delicious sight is available to him.
