Description:

Follow Alice Klein, reluctant member of the French Maquis freedom fighters turned liaison to the US Army, as she goes through paratrooper training at Camp Toccoa and then fights for her European homes. There she must learn to balance being the only one to have been truly exposed to Nazism with being seen as a potential Nazi herself. Simultaneously, her German-Jewish heritage leads to conflict over and over again, not just with the Fuhrer's regime in occupied Europe, but with her own Allies.
