When Richard Croft succumbs to the voices that called him crazy, Lara is not left alone at all. Ana, Roth and Winston are there for her (on their own way) just as Sully, one of her father's old friends that returned to his life too late to save him. But the person she hates the most and that she truly doesnt want in her life is Nathan Drake. A stupid teenager that thinks he is better than her at anything she has always love and that came with Sully on the worse time of her life (if we exclude Yamatai years later). Lara thinks that he is just an ass with a terrible sense of humor and a stupid smirk, but then a "little expedition" makes her realize that he is not that different from her.
