Summary
A creature like Yellow Diamond was too old to be jumping around and fighting off human predators, but they couldn't help it. They just had to step in somehow, and as much as they hated to admit it, they had grown fond of the diligent wolf they'd set out to bother, and now here they were, putting themselves in harm's way. Such is life.

Summary
They trudged along, glancing warily at the buildings around them. They both occasionally mentioned seeing a fleeting glimpse of someone ducking out of view behind their windows, but otherwise the entire place seemed like a ghost town, void of anyone were it not for decorations. Wards to keep predators like them far away.
