Summary
Jungguk finally has to deal with his feelings for Jimin. Jimin finally decides he needs to avoid Jungguk. Will they find each other at the end of it all?
"Jungguk can’t breath. All Jungguk can smell is the sweet scent of vanilla. Jungguk's eyes have strayed from Jimin’s and are now zooming in on his lips. They are close and they look so soft, so pink and so plumb. His mind seems to be going at a hundred miles an hour as he wonders what it would be like to kiss Jimin. What would it feel like? What would it taste like? Would it feel soft and taste like vanilla? Jungguk realises he likes vanilla, he has liked it for years and suddenly he understands why."
"Jimin knows his heart cannot take the rejection over and over again. He is at the end of his tether, his heart exhausted from living with an unanswered love for years. It is only when he feels wetness in his neck, Jimin realises he is crying. For just a moment he allows himself to do just that. Silent tears with his head on his knees and his arms curved around his legs. He has stopped asking himself why he loves Jungguk so much. He just knows that he does."

Summary
Jimin and Jungkook mutually decided to break up. Will they find their way back to each other?
"How did we get from that to where we are now?”
Jungguk’s heart skips a beat when he hears the longing in Jimin’s voice. Jungguk gets off the floor and looks at Jimin’s strong back:
“I don’t know…”
“Remind me why we broke up?”
Jimin turns around. His eyes big and sad, his lips in a slight pout, his face begging Jungguk to make him understand. Jungguk takes a deep breath:
“It was a mutual decision…”

Summary

"Jungguk curves his hand around Jimin’s forehead. The love he feels is overwhelming and for just a moment Jungguk forgets all about the arena, the people, and the fact that they are on stage in front of everyone. Jungguk forgets all about having to be careful and hide his true feelings under a cloak of fanservice and skinship. He just follows his heart. He leans forward and catches Jimin’s ear between his lips. There is no-one but them, everything else fades into background noise. One more time Jungguk leans in to leave a kiss on Jimin’s ear. That is when he comes back to the here and now, realising what he is doing."

As he moves past me I feel his fingers pressing against the fabric of my oversized black sweater. His body softly brushing against mine as he pretends there is not enough space to walk past me so he really needs to use some of mine. I don’t mind. I don’t mind at all. I close the door behind him en decide to lock it immediatey. With the door secured I turn around to face him. He burries his face against my neck. "Finally, Gukkie…”, is all he whispers.

You’re suffocating me, Jungguk”, Jimin almost spits out the words, unable to look into big doe eyes that seem to burn into his skin. Jungguk is at the other side of the kitchen, the cooking island a physical barrier between them. Whatever Jungguk wanted to say dies on his lips as his eyes darken with the sting from Jimin’s words. The silence is thick and heavy as they both process the accusation. Jungguk takes a step back, his shoulders dropping as he wonders what to do next. “I suffocate you?”, he asks with a small trembling voice.

Summary
Jimin and Jungguk fight, but Jungguk needs Jimin to trust him.
So he whispers: “Please trust me, Jimin. After four years together I deserve your trust”. Suddenly Jimin moves and grabs the Ipad, only to throw it against the wall. They watch as the screen breaks and the impact results in a small dent in the wall. Neither one speaks until the echo of the outburst is long gone. Jungguk’s heart feels like it is breaking and he silently begs for Jimin to believe him. Their eyes meet and Jimin argues: “After four years together I deserve an explanation”.
The silence is deafening and they just sit at the table together. Both are hurt and sad, neither able to know how to fix this mess. Finally Jimin speaks: “I need some time, Jungguk. I don’t understand any of this. I’m so tired and my head feels like it might burst. I can’t think right now.” Then he stands up, grabs his suitcase and leaves to unpack. Jungguk hides his face in his hands. Maybe he should just tell Jimin what he was doing, it would probably solve a large part of the problem. But he pushes the thought away. It is a surprise and it is too important to mess up.

"I was with Jungguk".
My version of events."It’s midnight and I want to be the first one to congratulate you”. Jungguk opens his sleepy eyes and watches as Jimin choses three pictures and quickly tweets his congratulations with the words: “hyung loves you”. Jungguk chuckles: “After what we just did I don’t think you love me like a hyung does”. Jimin laughs and slaps Jungguk’s hand that is resting against his hip: “Don’t make me blush”. Jimin shuts his phone off and pushes it under his pillow. He nestles back against Jungguk’s chest until there is no space between them.

My version of events.
“Thank you for tonight, Gukkie”. Jungguk feels Jimin’s warm breath against his neck and he decides the night cannot be over yet: “Come to the boathouse with me”. They stand there for a while, wrapped up in a hug, until Jimin whispers: “We both know what will happen if I join you there”. Jungguk presses a soft kiss against Jimin’s ear: “That’s kind of the point, baby”.
