Ray is freezing.
Norman dragged him and Emma outside in the middle of winter for a reason unknown to Ray, and now he's cold and wet and yearns to go back inside.
Ray hasn't ever experienced a real winter before. Seasons are human inventions, and Ray doesn't approve.
But when little white flakes start falling on him and Emma and Norman, Ray begins to understand the appeal of the cold season.
