Maybe Aizawa should have read the paperwork a little more thoroughly before agreeing to take responsibility for 20 teenage heroes-in-training, maybe he underestimated how much work this would be.
The specifics of guardianship paperwork leads to Aizawa having to pick up all of Class 1-A's prescriptions. It's a bigger job than he expected.

“What seems to be the problem?” Aizawa asks, addressing the security guards.
“Finally,” the woman says, making eye contact with him through the bars of the closed gate. “Are you Mr Aizawa?”
Aizawa’s eyebrows raise. His civilian name isn’t exactly public knowledge. “Who’s asking?”
The woman reaches into her clutch purse and pulls out a business card, holding it out to Aizawa through the gate. “I’m here to see Yaoyorozu Momo, on behalf of her mother.”
