Isabella was bored out of her mind, days watching the historian work over the temple was not exactly the most glamourous of jobs. However the life of an adventurer was not always about the wondrous and the exciting, sometimes it was odd jobs to make sure the gold didn't dry up.
The lamia sure were an odd race if they actually existed, they did intrigue her, but perhaps not as much as her patron was obsessed by them.
She found herself wondering what they would be like if they were still around...

She knew where she had to go to, where her pursuers wouldn't follow. Maybe. The forest, the forest of the fox demon, the beast. Summary
Kat hated meeting up with the rest of the family, she was always the black sheep.
She had never fitted in. Always felt... apart.An argument soon follows, same as always, same as every time. Her life simply follows the same pattern of events over and over.
However this time, storming off after the same tired arguments... she stumbles onto a ritual away, supposedly, from prying eyes, one where she acquires a more permanent 'guest' to spice up her hum drum life.
Kat will have to deal with never being alone with her thoughts ever again, now she must try and deal with someone else in her own body. Unable to ascertain their goals, what they want, and how to get them out...
