Summary
Mark's mother never seems to pick him up on time. Forced to spend the night with his Scoutmaster, Allen Jeffries, Mark reveals a very sexually active history. Sex abuse, really. But Allen allows himself to be drawn into Mark’s world of nudity and sex play. Finally, during a campout, Mark's mom moves away, leaving Allen guardianship papers.

Allen Jeffries accepted his second foster son only days ago. It coincided with some construction at his house. The noise, which will last 7-8 days, has prompted them to seek refuge on a 7–day Hawaiian cruise.
Their limo driver, is taking them to a nude beach before the cruise departs.
On impulse, Allen invites their driver to join them as their tour guide on the cruise.Every day on every island, they met native islander friends of their driver, who provided them with shore excursions. Every night on the ship turns sexy.
Allen discovers love in and around Hawaii as the first 13 chapters convey all the fun and sex they had during those two weeks.
Allen and the boys depart for Texas, leaving their driver behind.Allen's contact at DCFS convinces him to design and build a home for hard-to-place boys. Allen takes on two boys whose elderly foster parents suddenly pass, and in that process is gifted a house inside their favorite nudist resort. Realizing they need help, they hire a cook, someone they met in Hawaii, a female Chef with a granddaughter, and their home is stretched to the limit.

Summary
Allen and his foundation are just beginning construction on a 17-bedroom group home for hard-to-place boys. Construction will continue for 6 months.
Part of the endowment the foundation received is a large house near Keona's parents in Hawaii. The Home’s occupants visit Hawaii over Christmas vacation and practice their nudism whenever possible.
His family’s naturist lifestyle makes Allen the perfect place for gay boys or others who do not appreciate clothing.
Allen’s old Scout Troop is making the same transition. They all swim nude at Allen's house and are working up to holding their summer camp at the nudist resort.With their new group home officially open, they can take on more boys. Along the way, Allen learns to deal with death. Then he takes in three siblings with a dog.
It takes over a year, but CPS fills the home. Each new foster child is introduced with their story of how they became a foster child.
Routines are established. Group vacations are taken, years pass, milestones are achieved, and children age out of the home.
It's A Boys' Life Home celebrates its 25th anniversary. Wakeia, the ancient one of the Hawaiian gods, comes to the party.

Summary
The It's A Boys' Life Home group foster facility is pressed into service when freezing rain triggers a chain-reaction accident, and a group of 40 children from a church suddenly needs a place to stay. Of their six advisors, five are injured, and one is killed.
The two parts of this story recount the incident from widely different perspectives.
Part One is told by 49-year-old Allen Jeffries, the foundation's CEO, who writes the official history of the home from his perspective and level of involvement.
Part Two, and the more interesting version, was written by Tyler Hobbs, a 14-year-old boy whose parents were two of the injured advisors. Tyler's perspective and level of participation are considerably different, and he shares the juicy details of his stay as a horny teenager in the home for boys.
