Vampires Bill and Phil are enjoying island life as a modern vampire when two visitors with unfortunate old-world habits happen upon the scene.
A humorous short written for a Discord short story contest (3,000 word cap) based on the following prompt:
"So I learned from my friend that coconut water can be used as an emergency blood transfusion, and of course my first thought was, 'so can a vampire drink coconut water?' And of course we had this idea of these tropical vampires being *horrified* when these old world vampires come and are still drinking *blood* like some sort of monster."

An author gets dropped into a story they have written, but discovers they have no idea what is coming next! They do have some memory of the characters they created, which leads to interesting situation(s)...
Here, the author gets dropped into an old story they wrote...a survival horror fiction, and is forced to evade the monster they created. Moderate violence and horror, but no gore. A few comedic lines to help keep the tension from getting too overwhelming. Enjoy!
