Summary
“Well, you also might know that the fire started in a bathroom stall, so we suspect arson,” the principal explains. “But, the cameras near the bathrooms have been burned too, so we can’t trace everyone’s steps, and no one we’ve talked to up till now knows what happened nor saw anyone near the bathrooms at the approximate time of the fire — or so they claim. Do you know more from what you heard?”
“No, the bathroom stall thing is all I heard.” Seungmin shakes his head, and he also wonders whether they’ve talked to Hyunjin already or not. That probably doesn’t really matter, because Seungmin has a hunch as to what the principal is going to ask of him.
“Then either one of the witnesses is lying, or we haven’t explored all options yet, but this investigation is important to us — we can’t have students nor people from the outside easily attack the college like this — so that’s why we want to ask you for help.”
Or: Seungmin discovers his mind-reading ability at the demigod college and is asked to investigate a suspicious fire that his roommate, friend, and crush, Hyunjin, is the only witness of.

Summary
“I’m the son of the goddess of love, and my only ability is to feel other people’s love,” Jeongin explains, rubbing his earlobe between his fingers as a nervous habit.
“Oh! That’s so cool!” Felix replies with a bright smile, and Jeongin rubs his neck sheepishly. “I’m the son of the god of wine and pleasure. My ability is to not get super drunk or hung over, and people have speculated that I have an attractive aura, but I’m not sure about that.”
“It’s probably because you’re really handsome?” Jeongin blurts, and gosh, he’s really not making a good first impression, huh? He hopes that Felix won’t get the wrong idea. Jeongin thinks that Felix is handsome, yes, but he’s not physically attracted to him.
It only now really registers for Jeongin that his roommate is the son of the god of pleasure, and Jeongin knows that he shouldn’t judge based on someone’s parents, but it still makes him a bit nervous. He hopes that if Felix is somewhat like his godly parent, he’ll keep it away from Jeongin.
or: Jeongin, the son of the goddess of love, is asexual and sex-repulsed, and he falls for his roommate, Felix, the son of the god of pleasure, but he doesn't think he's good enough. Felix thinks otherwise.
