Xander didn't ask for his world to be dismantled on Halloween. It's what he decides to do with the broken pieces left behind that defines him.

Notes:

This one is going to take a while to import and there's a reason I left it for basically last. It is breaking Ao3 trying to import it (i.e. I keep getting errors) so yeah, it is a beast.
Updated note 10/30/23: it is slightly more than halfway imported.
Updated note 11/2/23: We're to the Krista Chase stuff, which I'm not 100% happy with my writing there, so I may end up rewriting/retconning parts. To what, I'm not sure, or it'd have been done already.
Updated note 11/3/23: It's all in, hopefully! Fixing order and doing final checks, though I'll probably have more for this universe eventually and the ordering might break again. Sigh. To clarify, Krista being an employee coupled with the shipping started bothering me, which is why writing on this 'verse slowed down considerably. She's fine as is, it's the situation that's bugging me, and rewriting that would require rewriting practically everything with her and that's an integral thread, so...Yeah. Project for another day.
Updated note late 11/3/23: Completed! With the import, that is. There are probably more stories coming.
There absolutely are more stories coming. Also, I've figured out how to write the situation with Krista in a way that does not bother me, so that's starting to come out 2024.
Updated note: Some of these stories have been moved to the Self-Made Hero_outtakes series, so if you think there are missing stories, that's why! I'm trying to streamline based on the rewrite, but given that people liked and read the ones I'm moving, I didn't want to actually write over them or remove them.
Also in 90% of cases you can assume it's more than just the Iron Man movies as a crossover but I'm using it as shorthand because otherwise the crossover list would be 9 miles long.
I apologize if the order breaks again. I've tried to fix it, but *shrugs*
Also, rereading some old stuff from Twisting the Hellmouth and some of the setup was actually the same as in the story The Iron Tau'ri, specifically the multiple personas and the Sorceror Supreme fixing things. We obviously went very different places with the premise but I did want to acknowledge the similarity.
