Summary

And now for the Fix-it portion.
A Dream Given Form starts three weeks after Season 1. Just what were Aziraphale and Crowley doing during the three years before Season 2? Eating, drinking, reading and planning of course! When given a chance, they can be competent!
Dates are based upon the 2019 and 2023 airdates for seasons 1 and 2. I placed the Season one ending in August 2019, while season 2 I placed as ending November 2022.

Summary

Summary
Now, to get Season 2 intertwined with my little story. Most of this is missing scenes for Season 2, usually 2 per episode. We finally learn what really happened in the final 15 minutes.

Notes:Season two aired Aug 2023, I’m placing it before Christmas 2022.
Season 1 I’m placing in the summer of 2019.So that puts the post season 2 as around Christmas 2022 onward.

Summary
“Finally Heaven will rule supreme!”
“But rule supreme over what?” Aziraphale did not continue that thought. Cadriel didn’t seem to notice, which was good. It had taken only days after being promoted, for Aziraphale to admit to himself that he was not going to be able to start a revolution in Heaven. Crowley had been right, like usual. Angels were all brainwashed into believing the party line. So, it was to be plan A. Aziraphale took a very unneeded breath. He could do this. He HAD to do this. He’d left all the necessary paperwork and instructions with Muriel so she would send it to Crowley, not that Crowley knew that.
“Imagine me,” Cadriel said, “A lowly Scrivener helping the Supreme Leader of Heaven prepare…”
“You are not a lowly Scrivener.” Cadriel had already started on his new task, collating Aziraphale’s notes for the next meeting.
I did allow Real Life to seep into this story, especially as I started looking at the timeline.This is set 2 years after episode 4, and 1 ½ years after episode 1, so there is a time jump.
