Day 6: Midnight
Four days until Sozin’s comet.
Four days until the world will be forever changed.But it wasn’t enough time. Zuko knew the Avatar and his friends were strong. They were courageous enough to take on the challenge of saving the world! But would it be enough?
No. Not with Aang’s refusal of killing his father. The perfect Avatar to restore the peace to the world would not kill the man responsible for all the destruction this war had brought.
So exhausted, stressed Zuko finds comfort in the pages of his sketchbook and images of brown hair and blue eyes in his head.
The knock at his door sends him on a path more tedious than just gaining the trust of Katara and threatens to uproot him entirely.
