Summary
The second last thing Bdubs wants is to spend his evening with his ex-boyfriend, Etho. The last thing he wants is for Etho to be into one of the band members. But they ended on good terms, so he drags himself out anyway. At worst, he'll be able to poke fun at the band members, especially the one named Joel.
At best? Bdubs ends up getting over Etho, and his not-jealousy, thanks to a particularly good-looking bass player.

Summary
BigB and Bdubs' relationship had been thriving, and BigB's band even more so. Just the week before, they'd sold out a show in a venue larger than any they'd performed in before. Bdubs was there, and as much as watching so many people cheer for his boyfriend wasn't the ideal way to spend his evening, it was nice to see how much they'd grown as a team.
So when BigB, staying the night at Bdubs' house as he often did, announced that they were performing in a different city, Bdubs was ecstatic. Surely the idea of an even larger show, with an entirely new crowd, wouldn't put too much pressure on BigB. Right?
