Summary
Adjusting to life after his batch had shipped out was odd. For the first week Fox had the squad’s whole bunk room to himself but the Kaminos must have needed the room for another squad so they informed Fox that he was being reassigned to a new squad. The young clone had expected it but he was still a little saddened to have to leave his familiar surroundings. He was excited to be surrounded vode again.
Or: My mind wandered a little too far and now Fox is part of the Bad Batch for maximum post order-66 content. But for now they need to get to know each other.

Summary
Of all the jobs Cid had the Bad Batch running, protection was by far Hunter’s least favorite. He didn’t mind doing deliveries or extraction assignments since he could still pretend they were doing some good. But protection just meant protecting one criminal from another. This particular assignment was supposed to be an easy one.

Summary
The main reason for Omega’s opinion of Fox probably came from the extra time they spent together. Since Fox was opposed to the work the Bad Batch took on for Cid he always stayed on the Marauder while the others ran a mission. Hunter saw this as a good excuse to also leave Omega on the ship and out of danger. No matter how much Omega insisted that she could handle herself and even help on missions Hunter wouldn’t relent. Although he had tried to appease her by phrasing the coddling as her keeping an eye on Fox. Omega had rolled her eyes at that. How young and naive did Hunter think she was?

Echo didn’t really know what he wanted from Fox. He doubted that the other clone even knew who he was. He did wonder if Fox remembered Fives. Maybe his death was business as usual for the marshal commander. Really he just wanted a chance to speak to Fox in private so he could ask him about the whole situation

Summary
Fox knew it was going to be a bad day from the minute he opened his eyes. It was one of the rare times where he had actually gotten some sleep on the night cycle of the Marauder, although it was far from being restful. It seemed every time Fox closed his eyes now he was greeted by visions of some atrocity happening somewhere in the galaxy, courtesy of the Force, of course.
Or Fox has some trauma from Order-66 and sometimes has trouble dealing with it. Luckly Echo won't let him suffer alone

Omega was very familiar with accidents. Try as she might, little mistakes were a constant in the girl's life. When she worked with Nala Se she would always find a way to mess something up. The trend seemed to stay when she ran away with the Bad Batch. Hunter was always scolding her for running off or putting herself and others in danger. Omega understood that Hunter only did it because he cared, plus he got onto everyone else for the same things, but it still felt mean sometimes. Omega never meant to make a mistake, they just happened sometimes.
Or Omega messes up but that's okay because everyone makes mistakes

Summary
Returning to Coruscant was not something Fox had ever planned on doing. He especially didn’t plan for a return to include him being bound while force suppressor burned through his veins. Fox thought back to the series of poor decisions that had led up to him being captured by a low-level bounty hunter.

Summary
As the two approached Cody realized that he recognized the man with the grey streaks in his hair. While the grey hair was common enough in older clones or natborns the distinctive two bands on either side of the man’s forehead was unique to him since creation. If the hair wasn’t enough of a giveaway the long scar on the man’s right cheek was damning enough. This man, who really only looked around seventeen, was Cody’s old batchmate, Fox.
