Description:

A series of literary missing scenes, POV studies, and introspective love stories built around poetry, memory, desire, aging, and the private lives canon leaves offscreen.

Each story takes its shape from a poem — Pushkin, Cavafy, and eventually other Russian, Greek, French, and European voices — using the poem as more than an epigraph. The poems become structure, argument, ghost, joke, wound, blessing, and sometimes an excuse to make hockey players feel things very inconveniently.

The stories are explicit when the story calls for it, but the sex is never separate from character: bodies remember what language avoids; desire becomes confession; tenderness becomes history. Come for the smut, stay for the literary footnotes.
