Summary
Miles steeled himself for many possible reactions from his parents when he told them that he was Spider-Man.
Them worriedly taking him to see a psychiatrist was not one of them.
Now, suddenly finding himself in what he believes must be a timeline where he never became Spider-Man, and where everyone believes he's gone insane- seemingly most of all his mysterious psychiatrist Dr. Miguel O'Hara, who encourages his parents to keep him under relentlessly close surveillance- Miles seeks to find what broke his reality so badly... and more importantly, a way to fix it.

Summary
Miles wakes up in a psych hospital, unable to remember a thing about how he got there. He's told he's 15, not 13. He's told his uncle is gone. He's told he's here because he tried to jump out a window. And craziest of all, he's told he's spent the past year and a half believing himself to be Spider-Man.
According to his psychiatrist Dr. Miguel O'Hara, he is deeply mentally ill. In light of this information, he can't help but agree.
His fellow patients- entranced in the same delusion that he'd had- do not.
