Summary
Kyle didn't like Cartman being alone in a room with anyone, but especially a lazy chef that was trying to kill their emperor. His friends, do not see the issue as he does and so he's outvoted. When Kyle has to step in to save Cartman, he's forced to confront not only his jealousy but also the feelings he didn't keep hidden as well as he had thought.

Cartman was a simple cowboy, hired on to teach the mayors sickly son how to ride a horse now that he was whole and healthy. However things turn for the better when they get caught up in a storm and inside a cabin they discover that, maybe a horse isn't the only thing Kyle can learn how to ride.

Stranded on an island Kyle couldn't say he was pleased obviously, but it could be worst, they have shelter, water, food and he wasn't on the island with Stan. He loved the man, he did but that man could drink more caskets of rum then anyone he had met. There was just one small problem, he was stuck on an island with Cartman of all people.

Summary
After a year of ignoring him Cartman finally approaches him, but only to ask for a carpool ride to the reunion in South Park. Forced into a car together and faced with a different Cartman from his youth, Kyle has to ask if maybe he does have a chance with his childhood enemy turned friend after all. Cartman for his part is just surprised Kyle agreed, but that is probably just to avoid the lecture from Stan, it couldn't be because he liked him, right?

When Cartman doesn't arrive to work Kyle isn't worried, he's annoyed because really he could have at least texted if he wasn't going to come in. So Kyle cancels all of his clients, leaves early for the day, and travels to Cartman's house to get an explanation. Little did he know, that he was going to be stuck in bed with a sick Cartman.
