Summary
“Hm.” It’s a huff and a music note. Displeasure vocalized. You had quite liked Kamimura Kazutoshi. He was one of the few who seemed to look for you. Nishino sees you, sure, but hers is an effortless kind. She sees what you give her and doesn’t ask for more. Forgives the rest.
Kamimura looked for you. His red eyes tracing your movements with a quirked brow. On the occasions where Hasegawa was busy with something, or sleeping, or doing whatever else- he would find you.

Okazaki discovers a corpse, and then is sent to do some investigating.

“You wanted me to leave you to- to what? To actually die?” His hand is so firm on your knee. It burns you. It shocks you like a collar. He doesn’t have to dig his nails in to do it. Doesn’t have to be rough. He can be agonizingly gentle, and it whips you all the same.
“I thought leaving people to die is what you’re good at.”
He stares at you. Pupils small, like a little kid being picked last on the playground. Mouth slightly open. Muscles relaxing like someone giving up.

Hasegawa & Ojima drink mouthwash. Ojima gets bullied, Hasegawa feels guilty about it, both are kind of gay.

“I’m starting to suspect it’s some form of destiny. I think even if I tried not to, I’d always kill you, Kazutoshi.” She pulls her mask off, and meets your eyes. “It’s in my nature.”
You’d like it if you could call her crazy. Spit at her in a way she’ll forgive you for next loop. But it feels... true. Something inside you resonates with it. Clicks into place.
“Well.” You sigh, noting the way it hurts your lungs to breathe in. “Maybe it’s in my nature, too."

Kamimura snickers.
“How many people does Hasegawa Ken attempt to kill after the death of Kamimura Kazutoshi?”
Everything goes still.
