Summary
A neutralizer. Neu. New. They sound the same, get it? So Peter had called it the Neu-Spider and Tony had laughed his ass off and said it was perfect. And then Tony was gone and there was no one in the world who still loved Peter Parker, so the Neu-Spider kept its awful name and Peter Parker fought for the greater good his Uncle Ben taught him to believe in.
He dies for that greater good, just like his uncle did, in the arms of someone who didn't deserve to see it. Except that person wasn't Peter Parker and powerless, so Peter wakes back up.
Just... not exactly when he was before.

Time isn't as linear as it could be, and neither is healing. Peter has a lot to heal from, and a lot to hurt for. Losing time and finding family, with a few things that probably shouldn't go in your gut coming along for the ride.
or,
Peter was thrown back in time and used his second chance to fix the Ultron disaster, averting the Civil War and all its heinous consequences. This is him dealing with the 'after'.
