Summary
This had to be Hell.
Jellal was certain that was where he had managed to find himself. He must have died of an aneurysm and been sent straight to its lowest level. That was the only answer as to why Gajeel Redfox was sitting beside his little sister at their dining room table.
Holding. Her. Hand.

Summary
When it all began, he had been nothing but iron and rage. Black Steel Gajeel hid his truths behind a thick curtain of constant anger and stoic loyalty that had led him to making what he would later consider the biggest mistake of his life.
That mistake, was named Levy McGarden.

Summary
“Do you know if he got into anything that none of the rest of you did?” Allura asked, looking over the pair from behind Coran, keeping her distance as her eyes flashed quickly between the two. Her aquamarine gaze was a laser as it bore into him, and Shiro was certain she could see straight through him and to his thoughts. Heat spread over his cheeks and down his neck under her stare.
“No, just the same flowers that we were all standing in,” Hunk said after a moment of consideration before he turned towards them. “Isn’t that right, buddy?”
The only answer he received was a small hum as Keith rubbed the tip of his nose into the soft hair growing behind Shiro’s ear.

Summary
Gajeel Redfox.
The name was a curse in her thoughts as the loud squelching taunted her every step. This was his fault. If it wasn’t for him, and that enticing reward he managed to get placed on his head, she wouldn’t be out here, ankle deep in what could only be described as a swamp. When she found him…
Well, she didn’t quite know what she would do when she found him, but she knew it would end with him, knocked out, and her, with a very padded bank account.
Five million jewels worth of padding, in fact.

Summary
“Calm down, Gajeel,” Levy said, not even bothering to look up at the dragon slayer that stood frozen beside her. That was probably for the best, given the way he could feel his cheeks warming with fire as he stared at the sight before them.
“It really isn’t that big of a deal,” she continued, walking further into the room and dropping her bag on the ground. The sound of its heavy thud mixed with the sound of the blood as it rushed in his ears. Gajeel wasn’t sure what he had done to find himself on the business end of karma, with his very own Hell laying before him just on the other side of the room that he stood in.
That Hell, was a plush, queen size bed situated all on its own in the corner.

Summary
“You seem to be lost,” Gajeel said casually, his tone as flippant as he could make it as he led her carefully towards his inevitable victory.
“Lost?”
“I mean, I never thought I’d ever see a McGarden at a bus station.” All of the color drained from her face as her eyes widened, staring at the journalist as her mouth opened and closed wordlessly. Checkmate.

Summary
“It’s pretty, don’t you think?” She asked, her words forming clouds between them. “I always felt like I was in a Christmas story when I was here.”
Gajeel’s nod was quick as he agreed, ruby eyes reflecting the lights stretched around them. A sadness hung around him as he continued to look at anything else but Levy, causing her stomach to drop.
“Is something wrong?”
“No, Shrimp,” he said after a moment, finally turning his attention to her with a smile that crinkled the corners of his eyes. “I’ve just never really celebrated Christmas before.”

Summary
I hope you like it.
Truth be told, Gajeel had loved the thin slip of crimson fabric Levy had given him that morning right before she slipped out to head to the guild for the day. He loved the silky feel of it against the roughened, callused palms, and he loved the raised stitching that created a zig zagging pattern across the band. Gajeel especially loved that it was damn near identical to the yellow headband Levy was partial to, the fabric a permanent fixture holding back her bangs and allowing the delicate planes of her face to catch the light.
The problem was, though he loved the piece of silk, he didn’t know what he was supposed to do with it.

Summary
All in all, death was nothing like how he would thought it would be, which was why he shouldn’t have been surprised when he felt a fist fall down into his sternum with enough force to send briny water expelling from his mouth and down his chin. Eyes flying open, the first thing he noticed was how bright the cave was, light bouncing off the walls with an ethereal shine that he might have mistaken for pearly gates if he hadn’t just been assault. The second thing he noticed was that he was very much alive, if the beating ache of his chest and the burning of the salt scraping away the insides of his esophagus as he spluttered and heaved the liquid out of his lungs.
The third, and possibly most important, was the shine of his dagger’s blade as it pointed at him, its hilt clutched in the hand of a blue haired woman with golden fire in her eyes.

Summary
Of course, the members added their own unwritten rule to the event, turning it into a competition as most things at Fairy Tail often became. Based on the gifts, the recipients would guess their Santa and should they guess correctly, they could ask for one final thing.
If they guessed incorrectly, the Secret Santa and the person that had been chosen won the prize.
Most of the time, Levy kept out of the competitive side of things, opting instead to focus solely on giving great gifts. This year, however, was different.
Because this year, she was certain she knew exactly who was her Secret Santa.

Summary
Shiro’s kindness helped Keith open up, finally allowing himself to accept someone into his life without fear that they would leave while Keith’s temperamental personality acted as a shield against the jealous eyes that would rake over Shiro’s wings.
Don’t listen to them, Keith would growl as a group would walk by, shooting his own acid filled glare at them as he wrapped a protective arm around Shiro’s shoulders as if he could keep their undeserving gazes away with his body. His own wings were a muted grey, the same color of the sky after a rainstorm.
The color of your eyes, Keith had once laughed as he’d tapped a finger on the tip of Shiro’s nose.

Summary
He wasn’t entirely sure of when his feelings for Nagito had started to transform from that of casual friendship to something that left a starburst scorching marks into the back of his sternum. Even now that he had recognized his feelings, he couldn’t find a basis in them, only knowing that whenever he looked at the white haired boy, his heart struggled against the confines of his chest until he found it hard to breathe.
Maybe it was his constant, unwavering belief in hope— even if misguided from time to time— or maybe it was the way his eyes reflected the same color of a green river.
