Summary
People get their quirks at the age of 4. This is simply nature since quirks started to appear over 200 years ago. While exceptions exist, mainly in the form of people who are born with their quirks, manifestations after the age of 4 are extremely rare. Extremely rare, however, doesn't mean non-existent.
-0-0-0-Izuku manifests a quirk of technopathy, dies, returns as an AI, witnesses the death of his mother, and discovers that All Might is a horrible person. All this in just two days.
Now, trapped in a computer, the only way for Izuku to explore the outside world is through cameras and other means of technology.
He's not about to let this stop him though. Izuku is not someone to let opportunities pass. If he can't be a pro hero, he'll be another kind of hero.
It doesn't matter that people call him a Vigilante.
It doesn't matter that the HPSC call him a villain.------

Intelligent (given to the A.I because it is very knowledgeable about a lot of things and will only grow smarter with time)
Dismantle (given to the A.I because it will use it's intelligence to dismantle almost any situation, person, or group and it was also built to literally download and dismantle certain machines it high jacks)
Overcome (the A.I is always learning and evolving to overcome any situation)
Revolutionize ( just this A I existing is revolutionary but the fact it can look at multiple machines and figure out the best way to combine them to make something even better is pretty revolutionary as well)
Adapt (when the A.I learns a better way to do something they will always try to adapt even if that means evolving it's own code to be more efficient)

Izuku is incredibly efficient at this job. Perhaps too efficient, since Shouto finds himself developing feelings for a bunch of codes and numbers. His feelings have to be fake, just like Izuku is. It just has to be fake love.
