Because they’d needed to expand. They’d needed to be there personally, to discuss what cut of the wealth they’d require. After the ‘communication issue’ with their previous foreign investors, Walt had to be insistent. The last thing he could recall, there had been noise all around him. Deafening him. The sound of tearing metal and screaming passengers. Then darkness.
Oh God. The plane had gone down.
