Summary
Sizzle Season is coming to a close, but Yoko and the Gold Bazookas continue to play their summer-seeking tracks into the hearts of all sea life in the Splatlands. However, with Drizzle Season set to be rolling in within the next few days, Yoko can’t help but feel slightly worried for what that means for her and her band. Although they only moved to Splatsville three months ago, they’d already put down firm roots in the neighbourhood and come to respect and appreciate the other bands of the Splatlands, such as C-Side and Front Roe. Yoko had come to learn that a new Season brought new things...
It doesn’t help Yoko’s fears when it’s announced that a new band going by the name of H2Whoa will be joining the main Splatsville lineup and using the Splatlands as their stage. While new bands come and go all the time, none have joined the lineup so quickly in such a short space of time. Yoko would be lying if she said she wasn’t feeling intimidated. Can the spotlight be shared between these two bands? Or will the hype surrounding Drizzle Season corrode the Gold Bazookas’ spirits and rain on their parade?
