Rhysand has returned to Windhaven from the Hewn City, talked Devlon into giving them armour, used his powers to sneakily get them extra siphons, and is taking them to the Hewn City, where Mor needs their help.
This work includes lots and lots (and lots) of Hewn City world-building, as well as lots of Cazriel smut and angst.

“Ouch,” says Rhys, coming out the back door, already cleaned up and changed into loose summer clothing, and then, “What, how come you two get the bath?”
“Do the digging, get the bath,” says Cass, raising his beer to Rhys like a toast because he knows it’ll piss him off. He’s not allowed, yet.
But Rhys doesn’t take the bait. He’s looking at Azriel and there’s a weird tension between them. Azriel’s gone still and the muscle at the corner of his jaw is working. Something’s going on.
“Hey, when Cass is in the bath, come find me,” says Rhys to Azriel.
“No,” says Azriel. “If you’ve got something to discuss, we can discuss it here.”

Rhysand feels intimidated and asks what she wants in return for her silence, and her answer is simple: to be a healer and serve Rhysand and his court. Azriel is tasked with running background checks on her, but for the first time in his life, he gets caught. He finally realizes who she is.
