Finn the Human was living out his life in Ooo at his best, friends, family and even love in the romantic way aren't missing and he's managed to find more of his kind out there, many of whom begin to move to Ooo to meet him, including his dear birth mother...
But Finn isn't the one who'd live out this life from now on, rather the real original one is reclaiming what's his. And along the way he'll have to find out the price to pay for a hero's life as a conspiracy begins to arise in Ooo.

Summary
25 year old Finn must grapple with his past and rocky relationships and find a way to heal himself after accidentally stepping onto the infinity train.
Inspired by episodes such as “Dungeon Train” and “Temple of Mars” in Adventure time and my love for the highly underappreciated show Infinity Train I wanted to connect these worlds. The train does a good job at delving deep into a person's strengths and flaws. Every good character has dimensions. They are made up of complicated experiences, emotions, and contradicting viewpoints. The train throws everything it can against the wall hoping something sticks. I thought Finn would fit perfectly into this scenario as it is well suited for anthology and breaking down characters, such as with a hero/martyr complex, to build them back up again. Train style therapy!
As the story progresses I will bring in/reference other characters from each franchise as well as OC's. I don't have a lot of experience with writing lately so be patient with my upload schedule. I'm very excited to see where this story goes. -

Summary
Finn collects Fern's shredded body after his arm mishears him in his want to just go home together, and never one for reading is left ignorant of the grass blade's demon contract and its terms, unknowingly burying Fern alive. Fern reforms and takes off to the Nightosphere to find himself after being forced to confront what he is. The comic starts with him reappearing six years later, much to the annoyance of Huntress Wizard, Finn's casual hook up and confidant.
This uses stuff from Keep Yourself Redux but it's not required reading. The characters are the same though, they just branch off at different points.

A few weeks have passed since Finn had to sort out an elemental disaster (literally), just after returning from the islands, and his head is spinning over the whole thing. Luckily for him, Fern, whose intentions Finn was initially unsure of, seemed open to spending time with him, which helps the human hero get rid of all the mental junk that had been eating away him. It seemed that the grass boy had put his jealousy aside, and really wanted to bond with him...He hopes.
"Maybe... Yeah!" He stands up, a new wave of confidence growing inside him as a his brother glances at him with a concerned look. "This will spoon away all the bad soup that's been cooking inside my bean!"
