Summary
There had been a time when he’d thought he’d never see Narancia again, let alone be sitting here attempting to help him with his schoolwork. Fugo hadn’t been there when they’d returned, and he certainly hadn’t been there when the final battle had played out. If not for the sheer resolve of the men he’d abandoned, they would’ve died terrible, painful deaths, just as Fugo had predicted.
That it had been a very close thing, that Fugo’s prediction that they were sure to die if they pursued that path had nearly been accurate but hadn’t come true, did not make Fugo feel any better.

Summary
Fugo had an explosive temper, and when something set him off, when Narancia set him off, he reacted immediately, without putting that big brain of his to work.
Around Narancia, Fugo was himself, including the ugly parts, and those parts were really fucking ugly. But he was himself, the truest form of Fugo there was, which was part destroyer and part healer.
Narancia felt kinda bad for him. It had to suck, being Fugo. Narancia could avoid him if he wanted, or he could fight back if he didn’t, but Fugo couldn’t get away from himself.

Fugo was a shitty trainer, that was for sure. There wasn’t a single thing that Narancia had learned today that Fugo had actually taught him. He’d had to show Fugo himself what Aerosmith was capable of. All Fugo could do was try to get Narancia to figure it out on his own, to know Aerosmith inside and out, so maybe he was an okay trainer.
He was still an annoying little brat, though.
