Summary
”The Daramors are dragons made flesh, say the legends. We are the chosen hands of Malek and Dunne. That is why we always bond with dragons whose scales are black as death itself. Why we are so skilled in battle, at waging this endless war and reigning death upon our enemies.
The Daramors are death incarnate.
The commanders of the world.
And I’m the only one left.”

Summary
Rowan Sorrengail was born for the Riders Quadrant.
For years, he has carried the weight of his family’s expectations—the son of the famed General Sorrengail, the brother of riders, the shadow of a sibling lost to war. His younger sister Violet is destined for the Scribe Quadrant, when her time comes, leaving Rowan to walk the path carved for him alone. At Basgiath War College, weakness is a death sentence. The parapet culls the unprepared, the gauntlet breaks the reckless, and the dragons burn those they deem unworthy. To survive, Rowan must endure every trial, every rival, and every betrayal waiting inside the Riders Quadrant.
But survival demands more than strength. It demands allies. And when Rowan’s path collides with Xaden Riorson—the son of the rebellion’s executed leader and a first-year burdened with his own legacy—enmity turns into something far more dangerous: a fragile, necessary alliance.
As dragons choose their riders and the threat of war presses closer to Basgiath’s walls, Rowan will discover that loyalty cuts deeper than any blade—and that the spark of rebellion has already begun to burn.
Because in the Riders Quadrant, there is only one true law: ride… or die.

Summary: Fourth Wing x COD, alternate universe, poly 141 x reader.
For the first time in Basgiath War College's history Healers have been selected to train alongside Riders.
You didn't choose to be here, you didn't volunteer to be here. You were selected via a random lottery. 12 months from graduating in the Healers Quadrant - now you're faced with the morbid reality of becomeing a Rider.
To make things worse you are assigned to Second Wing which is lead by an ex-infantry Captain who bonded with a dragon mid battle. His second in command is a mysterious skull mask wearing Executive Officer who bonded to the only white dragon to be born in a millennium.
And then there is Johnny the bubbly claw section leader and his second in command Gaz who make up the 3 ex-infantry soldiers captain Price insisted on bringing with him to the riders quadrant.
For now your job is to stay alive and survive. Because it doesn't matter if you were a year away from graduating if you're dead.

Summary
PLEASE NOTE: This is loosely cannon. Some lines of dialogue will be the same, but not all. It will have main events/actions, but not all will follow line with the original book.
Xaden Riorson and his sister Ravyn have survived two years. But now they've got their youngest sister to protect, and a Sorrengail. They need to navigate the quadrant with not just the lives of every marked one, but the daughter of the very woman who killed their father under their protection. They hate her, right? There's no way they could learn not to, not after what happened to them. But secrets are powerful things, and their lives relying on each others are even more powerful.

Summary
Six years ago, in the shadows of a fragile peace, Violet Sorrengail and Xaden Riorson met as teenagers — heirs to rival nations, bound by duty and divided by war. One stolen kiss beneath a storm was all it took to leave an imprint neither of them could shake.
Now, Violet is a second-year Rider at Basgiath War College — bonded to not one, but two dragons, wielding lightning and secrets in equal measure. Xaden is the bonded prince of Aretia — dangerous, powerful, and exactly the kind of distraction she doesn’t need.
When a political alliance forces Aretian and Navarrian riders to train together, Violet and Xaden are reunited — paired as partners in a brutal, high-stakes military exchange. As old tensions reignite and new enemies rise, the lines between past and present blur.
Because while their nations hide the truth of the coming war, Violet and Xaden have already seen the enemy — and the only thing more dangerous than the Venin… is the way they still want each other.

Summary
Basgaith is no longer a war college. It is a graveyard. A throne room for the venin overlords. Dragged in chains, Roe remembers nothing - not her past, not her name and not why her heart clenches when shadows curl at her throat. The venin call her worthless, a slave to be broken but she feels fragments stirring inside her, the remnants of a life once lived. It whispers of fire, blood and a vow she can't recall.
When Xaden Riorson, the Great Betrayer, tests the emptiness of her mind something sparks between them - something he should destroy but doesn't. Even the broken can be dangerous and sometimes, what remains is enough to burn an empire.

Summary
“You promised.” I say it like a prayer, like a command. “You promised I get to decide when you die. Promise me. Please promise me you will live.”
Liam looks at me and the light in his eyes dims. “I will—”
“Say it again.” I’m almost shouting. I lean in until our foreheads touch, tears sliding down my face to smear across his bloody cheek. “ Say it like you mean it.”
He swallows. “I…promise.” The syllables are fought for. I clutch at him like I can anchor him with my hands.
“You promised me. Remember you promised me, Liam. If you fall, I fall. If you die, I die. That’s the rule.” I press my mouth to his temple and whisper. "Let me be the one to decide. You promised.”

Summary
Violet Sorrengail is in trouble. After a research paper she wrote for class condemning the current administration's handling of the conflict in Deverelli is leaked to the public, Violet finds herself under the microscope of public scrutiny. For any normal grad student, this wouldn't have been a blip on anyone's radar. Unfortunately for Violet, her mother is a high-ranking advisor in President Tauri's administration and a key architect in the country's military response to the conflict. While Violet thinks the scandal will blow over quickly, her mother's colleagues are increasingly worried about the threats against Violet's life that have been circulating online.
Xaden Riorson is screwed. After starting a private security firm with his best friend and cousin, Xaden was hoping to make a name for himself, far away from his father's presidential campaign. In a cruel twist of fate, their first client turns out to be the daughter of one of Fen's staunch political rivals. At first glance, the job seemed straightforward — protect the girl from an overzealous fanboy, who hated what she wrote. But things are not as simple as they seem, and it appeared that Violet Sorrengail would be bringing nothing but trouble to his door.

Summary
"For once in your sorry miserable life you're wrong, Violet. My son, did not do what you accuse him of. He did not take your pathetic memories. Those marked by their families' rebellion where never meant to leave Basgiath alive. Did you not think we knew of their movements. That we had them watched. But not by my son. Believe me, he was a disappointment. His loyalty to you was pitiful."
The bastard laughed.
"And in the end you cost him everything. He is dead and he is never coming back. How does your conscience live with that!"
What if Dain had never read Violet's memories, but the events of Resson still played out the way it did - Liam, Soleil and others still died, and the others believed that Dain was involved. What if something was always planned from the day that Xaden entered Basgiath.
