Gadget always went to sleep first at night, and when he got up the next day, the jackal was already awake and up, ready for the new day. It was such a common routine, he simply never noticed the minor details.
Yes, it seemed silly just thinking about it, but it's one of those things that leave you with a strange uneasiness. After all, this is the person he lives with every day, right? How come he never saw him sleep, or even take a nap? Why it was just on that day, with nothing special happening, Gadget realized that he has definitely never seen Zero fully asleep?
The jackal always had a slight frown on his face and his ears perked up, which meant that he was constantly on guard, ready to get up at anything that might come out of nowhere. Always alert to everything around him.What would that same face look like when relaxed, fully immersed in deep sleep?

Summary
My name is Gadget de Wolf, and this is my first day on the job since I finished my degree.
I've been accepted to work as a photographer, and not just anywhere, but for the most prestigious modeling agency in the whole country, or perhaps, in all of Mobius.
Today is my trial day, and getting an opportunity in this kind of company is almost impossible if you don't have letters of recommendation or good contacts. I can't risk failure.
I don't feel pressured by the responsibility, rather my biggest concern is that it's the models who choose the photos that will be published, not the set managers. And if they don't like any photos, then... I won't be hired.
To make my concern worse, who I will be photographing today, are two of the most famous models in the industry. Shadow the Hedgehog and Zero the Jackal.
